Basic Function

The EU Sales Director is responsible for implementing Imricor’s commercial strategies in Europe and maximizing Imricor’s sales in Europe and other potential designated territories. This role is also responsible for managing all Imricor personnel in Europe and working with Imricor’s strategic business partners. This position is based in the EU. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.  

Responsibilities

  • Meet Revenue and Accrual Sales Quotas
  • Hire and Manage European employees
  • Develop and Implement Key Strategies
  • Provide Infield Feedback to the appropriate department
  • Work with Senior Leadership to determine strategy adjustment and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage European P&L
  • Ensure Imricor’s CRM is maintained accurately
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts and KOLs
  • Attend Meetings and Tradeshows as needed (Globally)
  • Hire, train and manage employees and their activities to ensure high performance and accountability, collaboration, respect for diversity, and employee job satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Driven, ambitious, self-starter, hunter, entrepreneur
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of Sales experience in medical device industry with proven results
  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience
  • Experience with complex capital sales
  • Experience in cardiology a plus
  • Ability to Travel 50%+, including some international travel in Europe and The United States
  • Speak English at Fluent Levels, Additional Languages are a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License and Valid Passport

Working Conditions

  • Working at home office
  • Traveling to Customers and working in hospitals
  • Travel to Imricor Home Office at least 2x per year
