Basic Function
The role of the Capital Sales Manager will focus on growing and developing revenue results through Capital Equipment Sales. This position will plan and strategize projects, with the Director of Sales EU, enabling the opening of new EP MRI labs or the remodeling of existing MRI labs resulting in the sales of Imricor ‘s equipment and the adoption of the new technology connected with the electrophysiology practice. In addition, this position will guide and oversee the Application Sales Specialists to ensure proper and accurate clinical support, including initiating technical responses and engaging the engineering team and service where needed. The aim is to optimize the medical procedure outcome, build customer trust and promote both the Imricor technology and achieve sales results. Maximizing patient treatments and ensuring customer satisfaction is a must.
The role requires 80% field presence to engage with customers, with the remaining 20% allocated for home-office and administrative duties. Active participation in weekly and monthly calls is crucial for effective personal and team planning. Attendance at congresses or workshops is also expected, with a proactive and knowledgeable approach at the booth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the sales of capital equipment, resulting in meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Leads the development and execution of sales strategies in designated territory, permitting and facilitating the enhancement of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manages and grows existing customer relationships as well as developing new customers, working in collaboration with the Application Sales Specialists.
- Addresses customers’ inquiries and technical issues, in connection with all the clinical and technical needs, to provide full functionality of our equipment together with the MRI equipment to optimize the quality of the performance of Imricor’s products.
- Works with the Application Sales Specialists to control consumables for both validity (expiry dates, intactness) and actual use at customer sites resulting in maximizing sales and securing the business.
- Tracks sales performance with proper reporting and communicating on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensures accurate and timely updates to Imricor’s CRM, including records of deals, meetings, emails and other critical customer information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years’ experience in medical device industry with proven results
- Sales process knowledge preferred
- Experience in cardiology preferred
- Driven, ambitious, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to travel 80%, including some international travel in Europe
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Ability to speak English fluently and speak the local territory language fluently
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
