10 December 2020 – Minneapolis, United States – Imricor Medical Systems, Inc. (Company or Imricor) (ASX:IMR) the global leader in MRI-guided cardiac ablation products, is pleased to announce they have entered into a Supply and Sales Agreement with Osypka AG Medizintechnik (Osypka), a German producer of radiofrequency ablation generators.
Under the agreement, Imricor will sell Osypka’s HAT 500 radiofrequency ablation generator system to end customers for use in iCMR ablation procedures.
The HAT 500 is compatible with Imricor’s Advantage-MR EP Recorder/Stimulator, replacing the discontinued Abbott IBI T11 ablation generator.
Imricor’s Chair and CEO, Steve Wedan, said: “Our teams have been working for over a year to establish compatibility between Imricor’s Advantage-MR system and Osypka’s HAT 500. With that work complete, this supply and sales agreement provides a sales channel through Imricor for the HAT 500. It is a modern state of the art generator, and we’re proud to offer it to our customers. The HAT 500 is the ablation generator of the future, here now, for iCMR ablations.”
